Other features include the ability to change the Properties of the output PDF document, change its security settings, bookmarks, how a merged pdf file is displayed, and even add your own style and format of page numbering to the output PDF.
You can define the order of files/documents for your merged output, and A-PDF Merger will even work with password-protected PDF files.
