If flow diagrams are the only thing you plan to use it for, Visio might be a bit of an overkill. If you want to be using it for other things too though it would be better value for money. Visio is too expensive for my taste, and I have found a good flowcharting software. I just wanted to write to say EDraw is great value for its money!
